Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. (4 oz. can) tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. (2 oz.) uncooked noodles
1/8 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can drained flaked tuna
1/2 c. cooked peas
Preparation

In a heavy pan cook onion, celery and garlic in hot oil until soft.
Stir in tomato sauce, water, seasonings and noodles.
Mix until noodles are covered with liquids.
Cover tightly as soon as sauce boils; turn heat very low and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove. Stir in mayonnaise, tuna and peas.
Heat 5 to 10 minutes.
