Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix, mix as directed on package
1 can coconut
1 c. pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Layer coconut and pecans in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread the cake batter on top.
Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on top of cake batter.
Do not stir or press down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Remove from oven and flip over onto plate or piece of cardboard, covered with foil.
Or can be left in pan and drizzled with melted chocolate.
