Nectarine Sherbet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated skim milk
3 c. peeled and chopped nectarines (1 3/4 lb.)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 egg white
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup milk in a medium saucepan.
Let stand 1 minute.
Cook over medium heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves; remove from heat.
Add salt, sugar and 1 cup milk. Stir until sugar dissolves.
Let mix cool.
