Crisp Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (8 oz.)
    2 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
Preparation
    Combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery and onions into a mixing bowl. Add 1 cup cornflake crumbs, soup and water chestnuts. Place in a 2-quart casserole. Melt oleo. Add remaining 1 cup cornflake crumbs. Mix well and use as topping for casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
