Cucumber Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 peeled cucumber, grated and drained
milk
season to taste with salt, white pepper and garlic
green food coloring

Preparation

Mix and add milk to ease spreading; add food coloring.
Spread thinly on crustless white bread.
Makes 18 to 20 sandwiches.
