Sandra'S Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. sliced cucumbers (1/4-inch thick)
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 large onion, chopped finely
    1 large sweet pepper (green or red), chopped
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour over cucumbers.
    Refrigerate 5 days, stirring twice daily.
    Put in small containers or freezer bags and freeze.
