Deep Dish Pizza Of Chicago - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
    4 c. Sargento Classic Supreme shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork sausage
    1 1/2 tsp. each: dried oregano and crushed fennel seed
    3 cans plum tomatoes, chopped and drained (14 1/2 oz.)
    1/2 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Grease a 14 x 12-inch pizza pan.
    On flour dusted surface, roll dough to 16-inch circle.
    Press into bottom and 1 1/2-inches up sides of pan.
    Sprinkle with 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese. Crumble sausage over cheese.
    Top with oregano, fennel, tomatoes, mushrooms and remaining cheese.
    Place in a 500\u00b0 oven. Immediately reduce heat to 400\u00b0.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
