Mexican Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    4 tomatoes, diced
    1 head lettuce
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
    hot sauce or taco sauce to taste
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning salt
    1 bag Doritos chips (taco flavored)
    1 large avocado
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can drained kidney beans
Preparation
    Chop onion, tomatoes
    and
    lettuce;
    toss
    with cheese, dressing, hot sauce or
    taco
    sauce,
    and taco seasoning salt. Crunch and add Doritos.
    Slice
    and add avocado.
    Brown ground beef; add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add kidney beans and cook 10 minutes.
    Mix all together and serve hot or cold.
