Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked Minute rice
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 jar Cheez Whiz
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. milk
    1/4 chopped onion
    3/4 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Thaw frozen broccoli according to directions on package. Mix soup and milk together. Add all ingredients to thawed broccoli. Lightly mix and pour into a 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Mixture bubbles up as it is baking. Make sure dish is large enough.
