Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix carrots, sugar, oil and beaten eggs together.
    Gradually add remaining flour ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Grease 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
