Grilled Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. honey, divided
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
    1-inch piece ginger root, pared and mashed
    1 small garlic clove, mashed
    4 chicken cutlets (1/4 lb. each)
Preparation
    In 1/2-cup metal measure or other small flameproof container, combine soy sauce with 2 tablespoons honey, oil, ginger and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is warm, about 1 minute. Transfer to self-sealing plastic bag or medium bowl (not aluminum). Add chicken and turn to coat with marinade. Seal bag or cover bowl and let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
