Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
3 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard
1 large onion, minced
1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 small cloves garlic, minced
1 can beef bouillon (optional)
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can water (more with bouillon)
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown onions and garlic in oil; add mushrooms.
Sprinkle meat with 4 tablespoons flour and brown.
Add soup, water and seasonings.
Put in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Remove.
Add sour cream.
Serve on rice or noodles.
