Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. fettucine
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/4 lb. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 lb. imported ham
    black pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in flour.
    Add cream and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes.
    Boil pasta; drain.
    Put sauce over pasta; add 3/4 of the ham and cheese.
    Add black pepper.
    Toss and add rest of ham and cheese.
    As a side dish, omit ham.
