Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck roast (boneless)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    3 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put chuck roast into crock-pot.
    Add all ingredients to this. Add enough water to cover just over the ingredients.
    Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.
    May be best to add your cut up potatoes last so it won't be mushy.
    You can add the last hour.
