Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry original salad dressing mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    chopped vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, radishes, onions, etc.
Preparation
    Lay crescent rolls on a cookie sheet, pressing edges together to form crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes.
