Broccoli (Or Zucchini) Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bunch of broccoli or zucchini, cut up
    1 chopped onion
    2 grated carrots
    1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    In boiling, salted water, add cut up broccoli and chopped onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Combine carrots, soup and sour cream and mix.
    Set aside.
    Melt margarine and add stuffing mix.
    Toss to coat.
    Put 1/2 of this in bottom of casserole dish.
    Combine broccoli with soup mixture and put in casserole on top of stuffing mix.
    Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for 45 minutes.
