Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    2 rolls Town House crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. diced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Cook chicken, cool, remove from bone and cut in big chunks. Mix crackers with melted margarine and poppy seed.
    Mix soups and sour cream.
    Cover bottom of pan with 1/2 of cracker mixture. Place chicken next and spread soup mixture over chicken.
    Top with remaining cracker mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    May be frozen. Serves 6.
