Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    buttermilk
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Peel eggplant; slice crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
    Soak in buttermilk at least 20 minutes.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip eggplant into flour.
    Fry until golden brown on both sides.
