Coffee-Orange-Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. sour cream (may use fat-free)
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs (may use egg substitute)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
2 Tbsp. finely grated orange peel
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips and confectioners sugar.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Add chips and blend.
Pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
