Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. claw or regular crab (canned is fine)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs or cracker meal
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Shape int good size thick cakes.
    Fry in butter or margarine until brown.
    Makes 2 to 4, depending on how thick you like them.
