Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice
    1 small cabbage
    1/4 to 1/3 c. vinegar (optional)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers (optional)
    1 stalk celery, chopped (optional)
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small can tomato sauce, soup or puree
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Boil rice in salt water until tender.
    Remove desired amount of leaves from cabbage and chop.
    Place leaves in pot with enough boiling salt water to cover and add vinegar; let simmer.
    Boil 5 minutes until done.
