Traditional Sweet Roll Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. shortening, butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in milk, sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
