Parmesan Onion Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. Parmesan grated cheese
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

Mix cheese with mayonnaise.
Make small rounds of thin sliced bread; spread with mayonnaise mixture.
Place a very thin slice of onion on each.
Put 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture on top of onion and sprinkle top generously with Parmesan cheese.
Put canapes on cookie sheets in refrigerator until ready to use.
Broil in preheated oven until golden brown.
Watch closely as these burn easily.
