Beans ... And(Low Sodium) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. diced lean pork (more or less)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. or more chopped celery
    1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
    onion powder
    garlic powder and/or garlic bits
    pepper
    parsley flakes
    2 to 3 (No. 3) cans vegetarian beans
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1 small can tomato sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Brown diced pork in a large skillet with chopped onion, garlic, onion powder and seasonings.
    Add brown sugar, celery and pineapple.
    Simmer over low heat until ready to serve or place in oven casserole at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 or crock-pot.
