Gelatin Salad(Carrot-Celery-Olive) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. ice cubes
1 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. sliced olives
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add vinegar and ice cubes. Stir constantly until thickened, about 3 minutes.
Remove any unmelted ice.
