Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

1 Tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (5 oz.) jar horseradish
1 egg, slightly beaten
50 tomatoes
3 lb. onions
6 green peppers
4 c vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 hot peppers (if you like it spicy)
Preparation

Pour boiling water over tomatoes to remove skins.
Crush tomatoes and put on to boil slowly.
Put onions and peppers through food chopper; add to tomatoes.
Add spices and vinegar. Add sugar later and sir often, especially after adding sugar. Cook at least 3 hours.
