Sandwich Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 to 12-inch) flour tortillas
    1 small can refried beans
    1 c. cooked, chopped spinach or 10 oz. frozen
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    1/4 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 slices boil ham or roast turkey breast
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    8 oz. green chiles, chopped
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation
    Butter a 10 x 15 x 2-inch pan.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
    Add flour, baking powder and salt and blend well. Mix in melted butter, chiles and cheeses.
