Rice And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. ground sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion or green onions
1/4 c. green peppers
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Cook sausage and drain fat.
Add onions, peppers and celery; cook until tender-crisp.
Stir in rice and water chestnuts; heat. Add water as needed.
Try turkey sausage rather than pork.
