Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 Tbsp. butter
mayonnaise
celery salt to taste
1 cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
Preparation

Cook the first 7 ingredients until thickened. Cool in the refrigerator.
Add the remaining ingredients.
