Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    chicken broth
    cooked peas and carrots
    grated cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Cook and bone chicken.
    Place chicken in buttered baking dish. Mix sour cream and soup.
    Add peas and carrots; mix.
    If needed, add some broth.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with crackers.
    Melt margarine and pour over crackers.
    If using grated cheese, omit margarine and top with cheese.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 4.
