Green Enchilada Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sinks full of green tomatoes
    2 heads garlic
    1 handful fresh ground cumin
    salt to taste
    red chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes; quarter and remove all seeds.
    Peel garlic.
    Put all ingredients in large pot with a quart of water.
    Watch pot so tomatoes won't stick.
    Add water as needed.
    When all tomatoes are tender, take off stove and cool.
    Run everything through blender. Return to stove; bring to a boil.
    Put in quart jars and process 45 minutes.
    Makes 7 to 9 quarts.
