Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted oleo
1 lb. thinly sliced yellow squash
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. grated skim milk cheese
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Place butter into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Add squash, salt and pepper.
Combine beaten egg, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion, pimento and sugar.
Pour over squash.
Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
