Beef And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag hot cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 lb. boneless beef cubes, cut into bite size
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 c. broccoli, steamed
    2 Tbsp. ginger flavored soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil.
    Cook beef until done. Add mushrooms and broccoli.
    Saute with beef for 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
    In small bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice and cornstarch until smooth.
    Add this mixture to beef-vegetable mixture.
    Cook on medium heat until thickened. Fold in pimento.
    Serve over hot rice.
    Serves 4.
