Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. Carnation milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    sage and poultry seasoning to taste
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 cut chicken, floured, salted and peppered
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients but chicken in a bowl.
    Put cut up chicken in casserole and pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
