Quick Mix For Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    2 1/4 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients; blend well.
    With pastry blender, cut in shortening until evenly distributed.
    Put in airtight jar or Tupperware bowl.
    Store in a cool place.
    Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
    You can use this for any recipe calling for Bisquick.
