Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 slices bread
    1 c. shredded cheese
    6 to 7 eggs, beaten
    2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 lb. hash browns
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Spray bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan, crumble bread and sprinkle in bottom of pan.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Add spices.
    Add 1/2 cup salsa.
