Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag hash browns
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 small container sour cream
    2 c. Ritz crackers
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, onion, soup and sour cream. Spread into casserole dish. Melt 1 cup butter and add to crushed Ritz crackers. Mix and spread on top. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
