Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork cutlets
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. Rice Krispies, crushed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    In second shallow dish, combine egg and lemon juice; beat until foamy.
    In third shallow dish, place crushed Rice Krispies.
    Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
    Coat chops by dipping in flour mixture, egg/lemon juice mix, then crushed Rice Krispies.
    Over medium heat, brown both sides of chops.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
