Ingredients

2 c. canned apricots in juice or make from dried
1 c. light corn syrup
dash of salt
Preparation

In blender or food processor, puree apricots and juice until smooth.
Combine apricots, syrup and salt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil gently, still stirring, for 5 to 7 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes 2 cups.
