Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal (self-rising)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese together.
    Grease iron skillet and pour in half mixture.
    Sprinkle half of shredded cheese.
    Pour remaining mixture in; top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
