Italian Beef Roast For Hot Sandwiches Ala Chicago - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) boneless beef rump roast
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. instant beef granules
Preparation
    Rub Adolph's meat tenderizer into roast.
    Moisten with water. Pierce all over with thin metal skewers so tenderizer goes into roast.
    Rub a bit of Kitchen Bouquet over roast.
