Apricot Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried apricots
    1 c. coconut
    grated rind of 1 orange
    grated rind of 1/2 lemon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put apricots and coconut through a food chopper twice.
    Add juice and turn onto board sprinkled with sugar.
    Knead until smooth.
    Pack in pan.
    Let harden and cut into squares.
