Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. each: Brussels sprouts and peas or 2 pkg. chopped broccoli or both
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 small onion, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw vegetables completely or blanch in boiling water; drain and cool.
Mix the vegetables of your choice with soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion and grated cheese.
Bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
