Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash, mashed (can microwave and chunk)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (optional)
    1 carrot, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Sprinkle part of Pepperidge Farm dressing mix to line bottom of dish.
    Add all ingredients and mix and put into casserole.
    Cover with remaining dressing.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
