Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 lb. frozen chopped broccoli
16 oz. cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. chipped onion
8 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Drain and set aside.
Beat eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients except the broccoli and butter.
Melt butter over broccoli and mix with remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 12.
