Judy And Myrna'S Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    garlic powder
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add meat and brown it.
    Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat. Serve with rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
