Venison Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. beef fat (suet)
2 lb. ground venison
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. diced chili pods
1 qt. water
Preparation

Fry beef fat in heavy skillet; add meat and brown.
Add seasonings.
Add enough water to cover meat.
Cook slowly 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining water as needed. Serve with pinto beans.
Serves 8.
