Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. clarified butter
    3/4 c. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Flatten chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper.
    Dredge in flour, seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Pour clarified butter into frying pan and lightly brown chicken.
    Add chicken stock, lemon juice and parsley.
    Bring to a boil and cook for 8 minutes. Serves 4.
