Fat-Free Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. milk (skim)
1 c. chopped red pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
1 box chopped broccoli
salt and pepper
Preparation

In bowl, beat softened cream cheese, mustard and milk until well blended.
Stir in thawed broccoli, peppers and scallions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill.
Serve with rice cakes, crackers, breadsticks or vegetables.
