Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit baking mix
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (21 oz.) can favorite pie filling
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Combine biscuit mix and sugar in a large bowl.
Blend well. Add milk and eggs, mixing well.
If mixing by hand, about 50 to 60 strokes ought to do it!
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Pour melted butter evenly over surface.
Spoon pie filling over top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
